Distribution is decided before you launch

An SMS, an offer of the day, a conversation, an image: four channels do not make a strategy. What produces a result is knowing whom you are speaking to, on which channel, with which message, at which moment - and being able to measure it afterwards. That is the work we carry out for every brand.

Our method

Five decisions before the first message is sent

Each one is taken with the brand, not on its behalf. The shopkeeper knows their customers; we know how to reach them and what to look at next.

01

Who we are targeting

An evening, a lunch menu and an opening do not speak to the same people. We define the target before choosing the channel: neighbourhood, habits, age, frequency of visits.

02

On which channel

SMS to be read straight away, Olocal to fill a specific date, WhatsApp to reply, Instagram to create desire. Each channel has a purpose, and none replaces all the others.

03

With which message

The same event is not written the same way depending on the channel and the audience. We adapt the tone, the length and the hook, and we keep the shopkeeper's facts, without embellishing them.

04

At which moment

A distribution is planned: who goes first, who follows up, when to stop. An offer announced too early is forgotten, announced too late it fills nothing.

05

And what it produces

Bookings made, offers used, QR codes presented on site: our platforms make the result visible. We compare it with what was intended, and the next campaign takes it into account.

What we bring

Tools are not enough

Anyone can open an Instagram account or send an SMS. What changes the result is the decision that comes before and the execution that follows: the right audience, the right day, the right message, then the measurement.

We develop our own platforms so as not to depend entirely on channels we do not control, and we use international channels where they are strongest. The two together, in the service of a neighbourhood brand.
